1. Eligibility and Use

You must be legally able to place an order.

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes. Beak may refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms.

2. Orders and Customer Information

You must provide accurate information when placing an order, including your name, phone number, address, product selection, and payment details.

Beak may contact you to confirm your order before shipping.

We may cancel or delay an order if

  • The product is unavailable

  • The customer information is incomplete

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • The customer cannot be reached

  • A pricing or technical error occurs

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

3. Pricing and Product Information

Prices and product availability may change before an order is confirmed.

We work to provide accurate images, dimensions, colors, materials, load limits, and product descriptions.

Actual colors may vary because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and material batches.

4. Payment

Beak does not require a deposit for standard website orders.

Customers must pay the full order value using the payment methods available during checkout or upon delivery when cash on delivery is available.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary because of the delivery location, courier availability, public holidays, or circumstances outside Beak’s control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they remain unused and in their original condition.

For returns caused by a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Products that have been installed, damaged, modified, or used may not qualify for a change-of-mind return if they cannot be restored to their original condition.

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery damage, or does not match its description, the customer may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receipt without bearing additional return costs.

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

7. Warranty

Beak products include a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by

  • Incorrect installation

  • Installation on an unsuitable wall

  • Exceeding the stated maximum load

  • Misuse or accidents

  • Water or moisture

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear

  • Incorrect removal or reinstallation

Warranty claims may require photographs, videos, order information, and product inspection.

8. Installation

Beak wall-mounted desks are supplied for customer installation unless stated otherwise.

The customer must check that the wall is suitable, follow the installation instructions, use the correct fixing method, and remain within the load limit shown on the product page.

Beak is not responsible for damage caused by an unsuitable wall or incorrect installation.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, descriptions, graphics, logos, and website content belong to or are licensed to Beak.

You may not copy, sell, publish, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The website may include links to payment providers, delivery companies, social media platforms, or other services.

Beak is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

11. Changes to These Terms

Beak may update these Terms of Service when required.

The latest version will be published on this page. Changes will not remove rights connected to orders confirmed before the update.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Egypt.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights provided under Egyptian consumer protection law.
